Meet Tenesha! She is our Administrative Assistant & Breastfeeding Liaison. She will be able to get you scheduled for your next appointment!

Tenesha Davis has been a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor providing mothers with vital support and encouragement for the past 3 years. She has worked with mothers and babies in various capacities such as prenatally at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT to the clients at the WIC clinics in Central Florida. Exclusively breastfeeding her own three children introduced her to the world of lactation that was in desperate need of representation from women of color. Right away she took to finding ways to increase her knowledge in lactation to better equip herself to be able support the families she serves so they could have a fighting chance at achieving their breastfeeding goals. Tenesha is currently studying in preparation to sit for her IBCLC exam which will allow her to reach so many more families in her community and beyond.

We are excited to have Tenesha on our team! She will be assisting with scheduling, verifying insurance, and answering breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding-related questions in between appointments. All questions regarding our services can be directed to Tenesha and she will be able to assist you.
